Cole and his 'Riverdale' co-star Lili, who dated for 3 years, allegedly called it quits before the coronavirus pandemic lockdown began and have been self-isolating apart.

AceShowbiz - While Cole Sprouse has yet to break silence after breaking up with Lili Reinhart, his twin brother Dylan Sprouse gives an update on the "Riverdale" star. According to Dylan, Cole is spending time during self-isolation with a new roommate who is none other than Cole's co-star KJ Apa.

"I mean, he's living," Dylan said to Entertainment Tonight of Cole when he was asked about what Cole has been doing post-breakup. "Him and KJ in the very beginning of quarantine ended up staying together at KJ's place in Los Angeles. So, they're isolating together."

Dylan went on saying that the two were so cute. "I've heard a lot of cute stories. I heard they're just lifting weights and eating cheeseā€¦I think that's what they do," he explained. "[Cole's] good. He's getting healthy, he's relaxing, and I talk to him every day. We still FaceTime every day, for every year of my life."

Previous report suggested that Cole and Lili called it quits before the coronavirus pandemic lockdown began and have been self-isolating apart. "Cole and Lili split before the pandemic hit, and have been quarantining separately," one insider said of the former couple, who play Betty and Jughead on "Riverdale". "They remain good friends."

Prior to this, they had been rumored breaking up several times with Cole being accused of cheating on her with Cindy Crawford's model daughter Kaia Gerber. While Cole called the gossip "baseless accusations," Lili added, "This is why people choose to keep their relationships private... this is why people don't have social media.. because of this bullying...," she wrote. "You have no idea how destructive this can be to someone. To anyone. It's abusive."

"Twitter is actually the most toxic form of social media," she continued. "People are a**holes for the sake of being a**holes. Do you not understand karma? It's fine if you don't, you'll understand when it bites your miserable a**... Dear everyone on social media, Don't put down people for the sake of putting them down. Don't be a f**king a**hole. The world doesn't need anymore of that s**t."
