The 'Teenage Dream' singer celebrates Mother's Day with a sweet message, saying she is 'so excited' to welcome her first child and become a first-time mother.

AceShowbiz - Mum-to-be Katy Perry shared a sweet Mother's Day message on Saturday, May 9, 2020 as she reflected on her own pregnancy journey.
The "Small Talk" hitmaker is currently expecting her first child with fiance Orlando Bloom and, speaking on the SHEIN Together livestream - a virtual festival led by the clothing brand in an effort to raise money for the World Health Organization's (WHO) COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund - she told mothers watching that she's "ready to join your club."
In the segment, Katy said she has "five good days" and other days that are tough "where I cry when I look down at my toes or I cry when just doing simple tasks."
"I think a lot of that is hormonal and I'm not used to being around so many people all in a confined (or) a small space for so long," she added. "I'm used to going (out) all the time."
She went on to give a special shout out to mums across the U.S. ahead of America's Mother's Day on Sunday, gushing, "I want to wish all the mothers a Happy Mother's Day and I am so excited."
"And I think ready to join your club," she smiled. "I hope you are doing well and staying safe."
