To contribute through her BStrong Foundation, the former star of 'The Real Housewives of New York City' claims to have 'a lot of medical masks shipped directly from other countries to the hospitals.'

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel and her BStrong Foundation are donating one million masks to medical professionals amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Following donations from stars including Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Rihanna and Ariana Grande, the 49-year-old former "The Real Housewives of New York City" star revealed her foundation has a network of international businesses producing masks, and will be donating one million within the next few days to medical professionals across the U.S.

"Every time there's a disaster I really hear from my social media followers," she told Radio.com. "They're all over the world and they let me know what's going on quicker than the news for me sometimes. So a couple of people were talking about the masks. I get over a thousand messages a day with people from all over the country every hospital, every clinic, everyone in a panic and with no supplies."

The reality TV star went on to say she has a grid system in place to decide where her resources are most needed, adding, "We decided to... keep them in a grid so that we have masks in major orders of thousands allocated to certain hospitals. We don't have red tape and we move very quickly."

While staff are producing the goods, the star also insisted she was making sure they followed advice from health professionals to practice social-distancing while working in the warehouse in Florida.

"My partner is in Florida, quarantining himself except for when they go into our warehouse which will only be about six people at a time and they're six feet apart with gloves and masks on, trying to assemble," she explained. "We're having a lot of medical masks shipped directly from other countries to the hospitals."

Bethenny continued, I think this is a global reset. It's terrible and so sad... The most important thing for people to do is to stay calm, cool, and collected and be a person that is good in a crisis."
