AceShowbiz - Two members of Machine Gun Kelly's crew have been indicted in an aggravated battery case against actor Gabriel 'G-Rod' Rodriguez.
Brandon Allen and John Cappelletty have each landed two counts of felony aggravated battery for allegedly assaulting the "Bounty Hunters" star, sources from the Fulton County District Attorney's Office tell TMZ.
The pair were busted back in October (19) after Rodriguez confronted the rapper in Atlanta, Georgia in September, 2018, and called him a "p**sy" over his feud with Eminem. The assault happened later that evening in the lobby of a Hampton Inn.
At the time, Rodriguez didn't just want justice against them, but he went on to sue Kelly, real name Colson Baker, claiming the rapper's the one who ordered the attack.
The case had been under misdemeanour review by the Fulton County Solicitor General's Office, but it was elevated to the District Attorney's Office for felony review, who have now put the case before a grand jury.
If convicted, the crew members face up to 20 years in prison.
