AceShowbiz - Tom Sizemore was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance in Glendale, California, on Thursday, January 23, 2020.
According to TMZ, the troubled actor was pulled over by police at 2.30 A.M. on Thursday morning for a traffic violation. As police interviewed him, they witnessed signs he may have been under the influence and began searching him.
Upon their search, they are said to have found narcotics on him - leading to the "Black Hawk Down" star being charged with DUI and drug possession.
The arrest is likely to have an impact on Sizemore's record. As part of a plea deal relating to a DUI arrest in 2019, the screen star was required to stay out of trouble for a year. However, if a judge finds he's violated the terms of that deal, he will likely be sent straight to jail.
Sizemore was also arrested for domestic violence back in 2016.
