It's still unclear since when the actress and the creator of the ABC series started dating, since the former is notoriously private when it comes to her personal life.

AceShowbiz - Love is apparently in the air on the set of "Black-ish". Words on the streets are that Tracee Ellis Ross is currently in relationship with Kenya Barris, the creator of the ABC series. Love B.Scott was the first to report this story.

It's still unclear when the two started dating, though, as neither of them hasn't responded to the rumors as of now. There's also a chance that Tracee will not address her new romance considering that she's notoriously private when it comes to her personal life. The "Daddy's Little Girls" star previously said about in an interview, "I was born into a very public family and so I gained a relationship for myself to what is important... [and] what is scared in my life."

She continued, "I don't make a decision [that] 'I will never talk about my relationships' or anything like that. That's certainly not a decision that I've made or anything like that, but there are certain things that are sacred to me that are not for public consumption. They are mine."

Up until today, Tracee only had at least one known relationship as she once dated music executive Abou "Bu" Thiam. It's unclear when the exes broke up, though About previously said that the two still had a "genuine, unconditional relationship" despite the split. He added of the reason for the split, "She's in a place in her career that if I can't give her all of me, I don't wanna waste-not.. waste her time, but I don't wanna put her in that space. … So why not give her the opportunity to find somebody else that can."

Meanwhile, Kenya was previously in a 20-year marriage to Dr. Rania "Rainbow" Barris. He filed for divorce from his now-estranged wife in August 2019.
