It's said that Pete's struggle with his mental health is becoming 'a lot to deal with' for the 18-year-old model daughter of Cindy Crawford, and the pair is allegedly breaking up amicably.

AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber's romance is a short-lived one. A new couple reportedly has called it quits, less than 3 months after they started dating. It's said that Pete's mental health issue plays a big role in their decision to split.
"It looks like Pete and Kaia are over," a source tells Page Six. "It got very overwhelming for Kaia. Pete has a certain M.O. and he's very intense to his girlfriends. Kaia is only 18 and it's a lot to deal with."
A TV source, meanwhile, reveals that the "Saturday Night Live" star, who is diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, is determined to focus on his mental health. "I think it’s safe to say that Pete has been getting some help," the informant explains.
Another source also echoes in a report by E! News, claiming that Pete is "taking a break to work on his mental health." The insider continues, "It became very clear that he had to go and do this and couldn't wait any longer. This is his second time seeking treatment, his first being in 2016."
Pete is said to be in "a program," which makes him and Kaia "haven't had a lot of contact." The young model herself allegedly isn't sure "if she wants to continue in their relationship," as she "wasn't comfortable with what she saw and doesn't know if she can handle it."
A third source states that the comedian "understands" how Kaia feels. He "knows he needs to focus on his mental health." It's also said that they split amicably and there's "no bad blood between the two."
His decision arrives after his girlfriend's parents Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber allegedly intervened in their relationship. Around the holidays, the famous celebs were seen in an intense conversation outside of Kaia's New York City apartment. Pete was later photographed leaving the apartment. According to reports, Cindy and her husband were trying to "guide [Kaia] and to help Pete through a difficult time."
Pete and Kaia sparked dating rumors in October 2019 after he was seen leaving her apartment building in New York City. The pair later confirmed their relationship during a Miami outing where they were seen kissing on lounge chairs by the pool. She was also seen supporting Pete by attending one of his comedy shows in Brooklyn.
