Three months after slapping the 'Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood' star with the suit, Glenn Feldman is asking the judge overseeing the case to rule in his favor because she failed to respond.

AceShowbiz - Keyshia Cole's former landlord is seeking a default judgement against the R&B singer for failing to respond to a lawsuit over a trashed rental home.

The "I Should Have Cheated" star, who also appears on reality show "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood", was sued by Glenn Feldman in October (2019), who claims she left his $2.5 million (£1.9 million) beach property in Marina Del Rey in total disarray after a two-year stay, which ended last May.

He alleges repairs cost him over $41,000 (£31,500), and led him to lose out on $30,000 (£22,900) in rent, and demanded she hand over more than $50,000 (£38,150) for the trouble.

However, Cole has reportedly ignored Feldman's suit, and now he is asking the judge overseeing the case to rule in his favour and award him the full fee, according to The Blast.

A decision has yet to be made, and representatives for Cole have yet to comment on the suit.
