The 'Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)' hitmaker informs her online devotees that she has been battling illness since Christmas while wishing them a Happy New Year.

AceShowbiz - Cher had a miserable Christmas battling a stomach virus.
And the 73-year-old singer has taken the illness into 2020.
Apologising to fans for not wishing them a Happy New Year on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, Cher visited Twitter to reveal she's still ill after spending much of the festive season in bed.
"I got sick... Am Still sick," she writes. "Have Been to drs. Seems is Some Sort Of Stomach Virus... hurts (sic). I Send My (love) & (prayers) FOR 2020."
As fans sent her get well messages, the "Believe" singer returned to social media and added, "With All This (love) How Can I Help But Get Well. I'm Tuff (sic)."
