During an interview on SiriusXM Radio, the Havana hitmaker explains that her version 'didn't end up sounding right' for her, adding that Ariana's 'sounded amazing.'

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande's hit "God Is a Woman" was initially recorded by Camila Cabello.

The former Fifth Harmony star has revealed she worked on the track, which featured on Grande's 2018 album "Sweetener" but ultimately decided it wasn't right for her.

"I think they had a chorus for the song and then I wrote verses to it," she said during a recent SiriusXM Radio chat. "It didn't end up sounding right for me, so then Ariana and everybody wrote to her version and it sounded amazing!"

Camila and Ariana have since become good friends and now the Havana star would like to team up for a duet.

"I would love that," she shared.
