However, the 'Game of Thrones' actress admits in an interview that she still has the chance to enjoy a boozy Christmas celebration with her friends instead of her family.

AceShowbiz - Emilia Clarke is on her best behaviour around her family at Christmas time.
The "Game of Thrones" actress is a huge fan of the holidays and, while promoting her flick "Last Christmas" - which heavily features the music of George Michael and Wham! - she confessed she can't get enough of the season.
However, while the star spends the big day with family, she also has a boozy get together with friends - something her mum doesn't necessarily approve of.
"We celebrate every year at home in London. I'll also meet up with my friends around Christmas time and we'll get drunk together," Emilia, 33, told Britain's Heat magazine. "But that's a different kind of celebrating – that doesn't happen with the family. My mother would never allow it."
The "Me Before You" star also loves Christmas shopping, but reflected she has a habit of "always buying too much".
"I love buying gifts and if I can't always do it in person, I will order online," she smiled. "I love giving. I almost think it's a bit selfish, because I feel so good about giving presents."
