A couple of photos of the "H**s Mad" rapper getting cozy with an unidentified woman have surfaced online, sparking rumors that they are in a relationship. However, should the speculation be true, a lot of people are not here for it. Among them is Mariahlynn.

Mariahlynn learned of this potential couple after a gossip blog posted two photos of Dex and his rumored new love. In one photo, the "Pick It Up" rapper affectionately hugged the unknown girl, who is white, from behind. Meanwhile, the second photo showed him holding her up as he made a playful face to the camera.

It's pretty clear that Dex and the mystery girl are into each other, but Mariahlynn was not feeling it at all. The "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star wrote underneath the photos, "He needs some rehabilitation first and to remove that permanent crust from the sides of his mouth." Some people agreed with what she said, while some speculated that Dex must have broken her heart before. "She sound jealous," one pointed out.

Mariahlynn might be referring to Dex's drugs abuse. Back in April, he took to Instagram to announce his choice to quit using lean and Xanax. However, last month, he suffered a seizure when he was performing at 1 OAK in West Hollywood. The people who helped him during the seizure carried him backstage, and the Los Angeles Country Fire Department arrived at the club a little before 2 A.M. However, they never took the person to the hospital.

A representative for Dex later issued a statement after the incident, "We wish Famous Dex a speedy recovery after his epileptic seizure last night. He is currently in good spirits and hopes to return back to finishing his new album. He thanks all his fans for their prayers and well wishes."
