Mathew Knowles, who was a manager of Destiny's Child, claims two 22-year-old members of Jagged Edge were being inappropriate towards then-16-year-old Beyonce and Kelly.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles' father Mathew Knowles has come forward with a serious allegation against two Jagged Edge members. In an interview with VLAD TV, the former manager of Destiny's Child reveals that two members of the R&B group sexually harassed his daughter Beyonce and her then-groupmate Kelly Rowland when they were on tour together with Jon B in 1998. The 67-year-old notes that the two Jagged Edge members, whom he didn't name, were in their 20s at the time, while Beyonce and Kelly were still 16 years old.

Regretting his poor decision to put the two groups on the same tour bus after LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett exited Destiny's Child, Matthew says, "That started from a poor decision that I made in putting ... both Destiny's Child and Jagged Edge on the same tour bus. Now remember, the girls are minors. They're minors. They're 16 years old. The guys are 21, 22 years old. I have a fiduciary duty with minors by the law. There's a certain way I have to manage that."

Promoting his upcoming tell-all book, he continues, "I got a call from Kelly and Beyonce - and I talk about this in the book in detail - saying that they were constantly being harassed by two of the members of Jagged Edge. And I couldn't have that. And I literally had to put the guys off the bus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That began all of this drama [with LaTavia and LeToya]."

When asked what he did after knowing these men were being inappropriate with his teenage daughter and her friend, Matthew says, "We won't talk about that on camera."

Neither Beyonce and Kelly nor the Jagged Edge members have responded to Mathew's claim. Previously, LaTavia and Jagged Edge shared a different version of why the male group was booted from the bus. On TV One's series "Unsung", they claimed Jagged Edge stood up for LeToya's mother, who was allegedly threatened to be kicked off the tour by Mathew if she got on the bus.

Jagged Edge was formed in 1995 and consists of four members, Brian Casey, Brandon Casey, Richard Wingo and Kyle Norman. Many of their biggest hits, including "Let's Get Married" and "Where the Party At", were produced by Jermaine Dupri. They're currently still active as a group.
