The daughter of Queen Elizabeth II is caught on camera seemingly shrugging at her mother when the Queen allegedly gestures for her to greet the U.S. President at Buckingham Palace.

AceShowbiz - Princess Anne has been accused of snubbing President Donald Trump during the U.S. leader and his wife Melania Trump's visit to Buckingham Palace. The daughter of Queen Elizabeth II was present when her mother hosted a reception for Nato leaders on Tuesday, December 3.

In a video which has gone viral, Anne was standing on the doorway when the Queen, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla shook hands with Trump and his wife. When Her Majesty turned to her daughter, Anne shrugged at her mother, leading many to speculate that the Princess Royal snubbed the U.S. President.

But instead of calling out Princess Anne for seemingly snubbing Trump, many found themselves relating to the British royal. "We're all Princess Anne in this video," one reacted to the video on Twitter. Another added, "Never expected to relate to Princess Anne, but hanging back in a doorway to avoid people is something I've done in many a social situation."

However, according to a royal reporter, Princess Anne didn't mean any shade towards Trump with her gesture. Clarifying the interaction, reporter Valentine Low explained on Twitter that "The Queen, after greeting the Donald (and the Melania), turned to Anne to see who was next, but there wasn't anyone waiting: Trump was the last leader to be received by the Queen."

He continued about how Princess Anne responded to her mother, "Anne raised her hands in the air, laughed and said: 'It's just me,' adding a moment later 'and this lot' as she pointed to the members of the household behind her."

Princess Anne was also caught on camera with world leaders who appeared to joke about Trump at the same event. In the video, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a reference about Trump's lengthy press conference when British Prime Minister Boris Johnson asked French President Emmanuel Macron why he was late.

"Is that why you were late?" Johnson asked, before Macron nodded and Trudeau replied, "He was late because he takes a ... 40-minute press conference at the top." Trudeau was also heard saying, "You just watched his team's jaws drop to the floor," though it's not clear which team he was referring to.

They didn't mention Trump's name during the conversation, but Trudeau has admitted that he and other world leaders were indeed talking about the U.S. President. "Last night I made reference to the fact that there was an unscheduled press conference before my meeting with President Trump. I was happy to be part of it but it was certainly notable," he said during a Wednesday press conference.

While Trudeau wasn't worried that his joke about Trump would affect the U.S.-Canadian relationship, Trump seemed to be offended, calling the Canadian Prime Minister "two-faced." He later added though, "Honestly with Trudeau, he's a nice guy."
