AceShowbiz - K. Michelle slipped into her underwear and took a mirror selfie to show her online followers her body after numerous plastic surgeries. Signs of lumps could be seen forming on her thighs and around her butt which was injected with silicone in the past.

"This body of mine has been through hell!" so the VH1 reality television star explained in the caption. "It isn't perfect but it's MY body," she added. "This journey has been difficult but I'm a tough cookie. Proud of myself and that's all that matters!"

She said her body required reconstruction to repair the damage and urged her female fans to get rid of their silicone injection. She's going to help other women facing similar issues on her new TV show. "I'll see you in Jan," she wrote. "I want to spend my 2020, saving some peoples life."

The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star has always been open about her health problems following buttock augmentation years ago. She told People in 2018, "He wasn't a doctor - it was black market, it was these 'hydrogel' injections - that's what they were being called. When I found out my favorite rapper did it, that's when I decided, 'I'm getting it done.' "

She started to experience fatigue, migraines, as well as back and leg pain in 2017. Doctors later told her the silicone had spread down her legs, "damaging her tissue and threatening her overall health."

Removing the silicone was not an easy task, however. She tried liposuction but the silicone only spread further in her body. She was rushed to hospital and had surgeries to remove dead tissues. "I had these lumps and I was very disfigured," she opened up.

"I don't have a big ass anymore," she showed off her behind in a 2018 Instagram post. "I looked at this picture and said girl your attitude is 2bad for your ass to be this small, it's time for self readjustment. Big booty bish mentality with a real snack in the back. Lol. I'm kidding! I feel great and as spicy as ever."
