The 'One Tree Hill' alum thinks 'it's just wrong' for the former NSYNC member to hold hands with his 'Palmer' co-star, but Jana's husband Mike Caussin argues that people tend to become more touchy-feely when they drink.

AceShowbiz - Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin have weighed in on Justin Timberlake and Alisha Wainwright's boozy night out. As a couple whose marriage was rocked by the former professional athlete's multiple infidelities in the past, they have a disagreement over what they think of photos of the two "Palmer" co-stars holding hands during their outing in New Orleans.

Speaking on her "Whine Down" podcast on Sunday, December 1, Jana felt that the whole situation was "just wrong." She explained her opinion, "It's just because, again, you're putting yourself in a bad situation of basically like, hey, you're inviting the next step if there's a next step."

Though admitting that she's "held hands with people" she wasn't dating prior to marrying Mike, the 35-year-old actress/country music singer said she's "learned" that such behavior is unwarranted, given Justin's marriage to Jessica Biel. She also warned her husband against such behavior, telling the former NFL tight end, "I would slaughter you if your hands were on someone else."

The 32-year-old hunk, however, disagreed with his wife. Defending the "SexyBack" hitmaker, he argued that many people tend to become more touchy-feely when they drink. "Just seeing how drunk he was, who knows what was being said. Who knows the story," he said. "All I'm saying is that there's a little bit of a room somewhere in there for that."

Justin and Alisha were pictured getting a little too close while having drinks at a bar in New Orleans on November 28. She was seen resting her hand on the former NSYNC member's knee, while the "Say Something" singer was seen holding the 30-year-old actress' hand on his knee in another photo.

Responding to the hookup speculation, Alisha's rep said in a statement, "There is no validity to this speculation. They are currently working on a project together. Members of the cast and crew were all together."

Her father Jeff Wainwright also played down the cheating rumors, believing that the press sensationalized the two actors' interaction that night. "I have seen it all over the news. I did not make anything of it, really. I am a music producer, so I am used to all the hoopla. This is the business we are in. This is how it goes," he told Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, multiple sources said that there's nothing going on between Justin and Alisha's despite pictures of them holding hands at the bar.
