AceShowbiz - Kimbella James is having a hard time amid her husband Juelz Santana's prison stint. If a report from Bossip is to be believed, the reality TV star will now be vacating the $1M mansion her family has been living in after receiving some serious threats over the past year from the bank.
According to the publication, Kimbella has agreed that she and her children will move out of the premises, which is located near New York. In addition to that, she will pay back the money that she and her rapper husband owe, which is allegedly about $40,000 in back rent. Bossip reports that the "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star will be moving out in weekend.
Kimbella has yet to respond to this story.
The couple has been living in the mansion, which boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms, for a while before the back sued the incarcerated rapper last year to evict Kimbella and their three children out from the place. They were accused of "illegally taking possession" of the property and refusing to leave it after the bank bought it at a foreclosure auction.
In addition to that, court papers stated that the pair even failed to pay their $6,645 rent per month that eventually accumulated to $40,000. Both parties ended up coming to an agreement later as Juelz said that they would pay the rent and upcoming payments of $5,000. The deal eventually broke down and the back sued them once again.
While Kimbella has to deal with searching for a new place to live should the report be true, Juelz is currently serving his time in prison after he was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for a gun-related charge. Last year, agents found a loaded .38-caliber handgun and eight oxycodone pills in his bag prior to his flight at Newark Liberty International Airport. He dipped from the scene at the time but ended up returning a few days later to turn himself in to authorities.
