During an interview on a Nashville radio show, the 'Small Town Boy' hitmaker recalls how Instagram helped him get in touch with his California model girlfriend before they met up in person.

AceShowbiz - Country music star Dustin Lynch met his girlfriend Kelli Seymour by sending her a direct message on Instagram.
The California model's profile caught the eye of the "Small Town Boy" star, 34, who eventually sent Kelli a message on the social networking site, from which their relationship blossomed.
"I slid into her DMs on Instagram," Dustin shared on Nashville radio show, The Sam Alex Show. "I was touring really heavily at the time...and it seemed like there was some chemistry there, so I was trying to figure out when I could go out and meet her for the first time. My schedule just wasn't allowing me that time to go do that, and so I invited her out to a show in California."
While the star mused dating in the spotlight can be difficult, he admitted having their first meet-up at his concert was a "nice, neutral playing field" for both of them - especially because, if things got weird, he could dart backstage.
"You know, if she would've ended up being a whack-job or a weirdo I could've been like: 'Have a nice night. Enjoy the show. Bye'," he laughed.
However, the "Ridin' Roads" singer gushed their relationship has gone from strength to strength, adding: "We ended up hitting it off and keeping in touch and seeing each other not long after, and still are. It's been great."
"We're able to make it work and not be away from each other too long of a time," he smiled.
