The 'Think Like a Man' star, who serves as one of the judges in the NBC talent show's season 14, is reportedly fired from the NBC talent show after criticizing the show over racism and sexism.

AceShowbiz - Dwyane Wade has broken his silence on the news of wife Gabrielle Union being fired from "America's Got Talent" reportedly due to "toxic" workplace culture. Taking to his Twitter account, the former NBA superstar praised the actress for "standing up for what she stands for."

" 'Men lie, Women lie, numbers don't' over this past year I've been approaching by many people saying that my wife @itsgabrielleu is the main reason they've started watching #AGT or that they love her insight and sincerity on the show," the 37-year-old wrote on the blue bird app.

"So when i got the news that my wife was being fired--my first question was obviously why!?" he went on saying in a separate tweet. "I am still waiting on a good answer to that question. But if anyone knows @itsgabrielleu or have heard of her you know she's an advocate for our community and culture."

"As proud as i were of her being selected as a judge on #AGT-- Iam even more proud of her standing up for what she stands for and that'S US," Wade, who shares daughter Kaavia with the "Bring It On" star. "So [cheers] to you @itsgabrielleu on not losing sight of the lessons we've talked about teaching our daughter and for kicking ass while you were on that platform. Number 1 judge on one of the biggest shows in the world!!"

Gabrielle was reportedly fired from the NBC talent show after criticizing the show over racism and sexism. "They only replace the women and blacks at Simon's whim," sources previously claimed, referring to the past departures of hosts Nick Cannon & Tyra Banks and judges Heidi Klum & Melanie Brown. "She [Gabrielle] wouldn't walk away from $12 million because she's 'busy.' "

Recent report suggested that Gabrielle and fellow judge for seasopn 14 Julianne Hough, who was also let go, received "excessive notes" regarding their appearance. It was said that Julianne was criticized over her "hair, makeup and wardrobe, which impacted her morale and led to tensions."

She, however, denied the claims, insisting that she "had a wonderful time on 'America’s Got Talent'." Julianne went on saying, "I had a wonderful time on 'America's Got Talent,' I loved working with the cast, crew and producers. I am happy to continue my working relationship with NBC."

Meanwhile, Gabrielle was allegedly criticized for her hair styles which were dubbed too "black" for the audience of the show. It was said that she received "received over half a dozen times, according to four sources" regarding her hair.
