The shocking revelation emerges after an email, wrote by her former campaign manager Rachael Himsel to an unnamed source, is unearthed amid her legal battle with ex JB Benn.

AceShowbiz - New court documents revealed that Diane Neal apparently had beef with former "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" co-star Mariska Hargitay. According to Page Six, Diane called Mariska "a total b***h" in addition to blasting the rest of her co-stars.

The site claimed that Diane, who played Assistant District Attorney Casey Novak on the series, branded the cast members "awful people" in comments she said to her former campaign manager Rachael Himsel. The aspiring politician allegedly said that the only person on the set that she actually liked was Ice-T.

The revelation emerged after an email, wrote by Rachael to an unnamed source, was unearthed. The email is an exhibit in a lawsuit by Diane's ex-boyfriend, magician JB Benn, whom she accused of physically and sexually abusing her.

Diane, however, denied ever making such comments. "There is no truth to this at all. Most of the people I've worked with are amazing, I love almost everyone I've ever worked with," she told the publication.

Despite saying that she and Mariska, who has played Olivia Benson for the past 21 seasons, "were not the closest," Diane claimed that it "doesn't mean we have any animosity towards each other." She added, "We're still very supportive of each other. She's a great mom, she's great as Benson, she's doing great charity work. I have never talked about the cast members like this, it's salacious and untrue."

Diane and Benn are currently in legal battle with the latter hitting back at Diane's abuse allegations against him. The pair met for the first time in 2013 and were together until last year. In her suit, Diane claimed that Benn pushed her out of a $529,900 home she in part paid for.
