In the latest episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey', Giacinto Gorga slams his son-in-law for not taking his advice to become a U.S. citizen before his arrest.

AceShowbiz - Teresa Giudice's father blames her husband Joe Giudice for her family crisis as he is now facing a potential deportation. In the Wednesday, November 20 episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" slams his son-in-law for not doing the right thing for his family by taking his advice to become a U.S. citizen before his arrest for financial fraud.

"I slap your husband. He never did nothing right, he did everything wrong!" Giacinto, who was born in Italy, tells Teresa after she had a tense phone conversation with her husband Joe. He adds, "Six times I told him, 'Go make a citizen.' 'Yeah yeah, I'll go' - he never did. He gotta blame himself."

Joe is currently in Italy after being released from ICE custody in October. Earlier this month, Teresa and her four daughters, Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana, visited him in his home country, where he lives with his family. The reality TV star recently revealed his daughters are going to spend the upcoming holidays with their father in Italy, but she's still not sure if she will join them. Joe is still waiting for final decision on his deportation appeal.

In the meantime, Teresa has been reportedly staying by her father's side after he was rushed to the hospital in New York City on Monday, November 18. Her brother Joe Gorga told Page Six that their father "has pneumonia." He added of his 74-year-old father, "He's alright. He's not that bad, hopefully. He'll be okay. So let's see what happens." It's unknown if Giacinto has been released from hospital or not.

Giacinto has struggled with health issues in recent years. In October 2018, he was admitted twice in the span of one week due to his worsening pneumonia. He was also hospitalized for the same issue in 2017.
