The music manager of Justin Bieber has reportedly decided not to attend the upcoming awards show in order to avoid butting heads with the 'Lover' singer.

AceShowbiz - Scooter Braun won't be butting heads with Taylor Swift at the American Music Awards (AMAs) on Sunday, November 24, following reports the music mogul will be skipping the annual bash.

Last Thursday, November 14, the "Shake It Off" hitmaker claimed Braun and Scott Borchetta, her former record label boss who sold Taylor's masters to the executive, blocked her from performing her old hits on TV, including at the AMAs, as well as in a new Netflix documentary about her life.

The music moguls have insisted Swift's allegations are based on "false information," making it clear they "do not have the right to keep her from performing live anywhere" - but a representative for the singer blasted the claims and fans and stars alike have backed Swift, voicing their support on social media and starting a petition.

While there had been speculation the singer would use her platform to hit out at Braun during her performance and acceptance speech for the Artist of the Decade honour at the event, sources told TMZ he won't be at the ceremony to see as he'll be in Tampa, Florida supporting Ariana Grande - who will also miss the awards show.

Following Swift's allegations, it was reported Big Machine bosses were forced to shut down their offices early on Friday, due to direct and hostile death threats being made to employees of the company, with fans apparently going to extremes to leak personal contact information and addresses of company staff.
