AceShowbiz - Tristan Thompson is one who never gives up. A new report suggests that the NBA player is still determined to try to get back together with ex and baby mama Khloe Kardashian despite cold response both from the reality TV star and her fans.
A source reveals to E! News, "Tristan is always trying to win Khloe back." According to the insider, he has marvelous plan for it that includes him sending gifts and flattering "her with compliments."
Explaining why Tristan is so passionate when it comes to gushing over the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, the insider shares, "He feels guilty and knows how badly he messed up. Khloe was the best thing that ever happened to him and he knows he made a lot of mistakes. He's trying to make up for it." However, it seems like he needs to try harder. "He wants what he can't have," claims the source. "She's in a great place in her life where she's focused on [daughter] True and co-parenting with Tristan. She's not interested in giving him another chance."
"She is glad they have come to a peaceful place and can be a family with True, but that is all," continues the source.
Tristan recently was roasted for sharing a congratulatory post for Khloe after she won Best Reality Star at the 2019 People's Choice Awards over the weekend. "Congrats Momma KoKo on winning best reality star 2019, that's two years in a row. Two time champ. I love the sound of that," he wrote in the caption. "So proud of all you have accomplished this year," he wrote on Instagram alongside some pictures of Khloe on the red carpet.
He then mentioned the mother of one's reality show "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian", pointing out that the show "always stand out to me." Tristan added, "You challenge people to fight for a better YOU. It's more about what in life really gives us true happiness and is holding us back from achieving that. True and Myself are so proud of you and the sisters for everything last night."
Concluding his post, the Cleveland Cavaliers star gushed, "Y'all are truly role models to our younger generation. Keep leading with love and happiness. You go girl!!!!"
Fans didn't seem to appreciate what Tristan wrote at all. "You're a confused man who needs help leave Khloe alone," one wrote. "Leave her tf alone already. If it's not about your daughter leave her alone," a second person said, adding, "You are so damn thirsty. You only want her back cause you doing she's doing just fine without being with you."
