In the video, Hilaria Baldwin can be seen tearfully telling her 6-year-old daughter, Carmen, that she and her comedian husband will try 'really hard' to make a younger sibling happen.

AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria are not going to welcome a new addition in their family. In an Instagram post shared on Monday, November 11, Hilaria revealed she had suffered a miscarriage at four months pregnant along with an emotional video of her 6-year-old daughter Carmen comforting her.

In the video, Hilaria admitted she wasn't sure how long it would take until the next baby comes, but she promised her daughter that she would try "really hard" to make a younger sibling happen. An emotional Hilaria could be seen telling Carmen, "Thank you for saying you're sorry that mommy is sad." In the caption of the post, she wrote, "We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months."

Hilaria then repeated what she said in the video, saying, "We will try very hard to give her a little sister another time." She added, "I'm really devastated right now... I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today. I don't know what else to say... I'm still in shock and don't have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi... that's all I ask."

It's understandable why Hilaria was so sad over the miscarriage. After all, earlier this year, she had another miscarriage after her unborn child showed no signs of a heartbeat at its most recent scan. At the time, she chose to focus on the positive side given that she had already expected to suffer a miscarriage prior to learning of the news.

"I am surrounded by such love and I feel so fortunate," she said in an Instagram post. "Thank you all for listening, for your support, and for sharing your own personal stories. We are stronger together... I hope this conversation continues to grow and that we stick together through the beautiful and challenging moments in life. Much love and appreciation to all of you."
