During an interview with Howard Stern, the 'Charlie's Angels' actress also admits that she would've married her ex Robert Pattinson had things worked out differently.

AceShowbiz - Kristen Stewart has set things straight about her brief fling with director Rupert Sanders, after she was accused of cheating on her then-boyfriend Robert Pattinson with the 48-year-old filmmaker. While they were caught on camera making out in 2012, the 29-year-old actress denied that she was ever sexually involved with the "Snow White and the Huntsman" helmer.

"I did not f**k him. This is like the most candid interview," Kristen said of her tryst with Rupert during an interview on Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show on Tuesday, November 5. "No, I didn't f**k him," she insisted.

When asked why she didn't shout it out loud when the news broke seven years ago, the California-born star replied, "Well, who's going to believe me? It doesn't even matter." Admitting that the fling "wasn't innocent," Kristen lamented public's opinion on her relationship with Rupert which clouded the truth. "It looked like... You know, you make out with a dude in public, it definitely looks like you did [have sex]," she said.

What upset Kristen more was that she was denied a role in the 2016 sequel, "The Huntsman: Winter's War", after the affair scandal. "We lived in a different time then, you know what I mean? I feel like the slut-shaming that went down was so absurd," she explained. "And they should've put me in that movie! It would've been better. Not to be a d**k, but... They didn't put me in that movie because I went through such a highly publicized scandal, and so they were like scared of touching that."

"I wouldn't say that I fell in love with the director," she noted, adding, "That was a really hard period of my life. I was really young. I didn't really know how to deal with that. I made some mistakes. And honestly, it's no one's business. And, people get over s**t like that, you know what I mean? It's really not a big deal."

Blasting the industry execs for ignoring her talent for fear of negative press in light of the affair scandal, Kristen shared, "Basically, what I'm saying is, the work to me genuinely was ignored in a really sort of frivolous, silly, petty way. For a group of adult people who were supposed to be running studios and making films? Honestly, the film industry in Hollywood is so fear-based."

Following her fling with Rupert, Kristen broke up with Robert, though they briefly rekindled their romance before splitting up for good in May 2013. Calling her former "Twilight" co-star and ex-boyfriend "the best," the "Charlie's Angels" actress didn't rule out marriage with the British actor had he popped the question.

"I wanted to ... yeah," she said when asked if she would've married "The Batman" star. "I don't know, I'm not a super-duper traditionalist, but at the same time ... every relationship I've ever been in, I thought that was it. I've never really been the most casual person."

Kristen additionally blamed paparazzi for ruining her romantic experiences with Robert. "You deprive yourself of so many experiences," she lamented. "We didn't walk down the street holding hands because we were like, 'We don't wanna give it to 'em.' But then, we didn't get to walk down the street holding hands, and it sucked."

Kristen is now dating scriptwriter Dylan Meyer. Though they have only been together for three months, the 2010 BAFTA Rising Star Award winner said she has "a couple plans" of how she's going to propose to her girlfriend. "I'm really impulsive. I don't know when it's going to be," so she said.
