His girlfriend claims in a police report that the violent incident began after she saw a photo of a nearly-naked woman on the 'Worth It' singer's phone back in September.

AceShowbiz - YK Osiris got himself in trouble with the law. TMZ reported that the 21-year-old singer was arrested on Monday, November 4 in Atlanta, Georgia and had been booked on a felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during a birthday party back in September.

According to police report obtained by the site, his girlfriend told police that the violent incident began after she saw a photo of a nearly-naked woman on his phone. This prompted her to call him out, but things soon escalated with Osiris threatening her, "I'm going to slap the s**t out of you." She went on saying that she tried to run away, but he chased her up a set of stairs into the bathroom, where he choked and bit her in the face. She had to bite his lip to get him off of her.

The incident left the woman with a noticeable mark under her left eye, which is where she was bitten by Osiris. The "Worth It" rapper himself had been denied bond and is set to appear in court for a preliminary hearing at the Fulton County Court.

Reps for Osiris did not immediately respond to request for comment.

This isn't the first time Osiris had landed himself in trouble with the law. Last month, he claimed that he was once arrested for armed robbery when he was still a minor. "When I was 14, 13 years old... I was hardheaded, going to jail, back and forth, man stealing, robbing," he confessed. "I was trying to be cool. I be trying to fit in. I was trying to survive at the same time. I was trying to get what I want to get in life. If I can't get it that way, I'm gonna get it this way. That's how I felt about it, and if you didn't give it to me I'm going to get it."

However, that all changed after he was given an ultimatum by a judge. "When the judge told me I'm going to get indicted if I come back. That [was the] last time, I remember that day," he added. "She said, 'If you come back, I'm going to indict you.' "
