AceShowbiz - David Eason has broken his silence after Jenelle Evans announced their separation after two years of marriage. The former "Teen Mom 2" star hinted on his recent Instagram post that he had a fun weekend with daughter Ensley, whom he shares with the MTV star, and also Maryssa, his daughter from his previous relationship.
In the Sunday, November 3 picture, Ensley, Maryssa and their friend were seen having fun while riding a mini bus at what seems to be a mall. "We had so much fun last weekend! Maryssa wanted to get her ear cartilage pierced but I couldn't find a place in town to do it under 14 years old. New pair of Van's it is I guess," so David wrote in the caption.
While he didn't mention Jenelle in the caption, he did snap at one of his followers who brought his estranged wife's name up in the comment section. "So glad Jenelle got smart!" wrote the fan, to which David responded, "Nope, she's still stupid."
Additionally, David posted in now-deleted post a screengrab of another TMZ story regarding an alleged road rage incident involving Jenelle. "But this is okay?" he wrote.
Meanwhile, Jenelle is reportedly hoping to get full custody of their 2-year-old Ensley. According to TMZ, the 27-year-old TV star believes that she's the "more fit parent" compared to David, who was criticized for shooting and killing their family dog Nugget nearly six months ago. While she reportedly "acknowledges he's a good dad and loves his daughter," Jenelle wants her family to be well-protected.
Jenelle shocked everyone when she revealed on Thursday, October 31 she had filed for divorce from David. "With time away from 'Teen Mom', I've started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I'm starting that now," she wrote on Instagram. "The kids and I have moved away from David."
"Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that's what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I've filed papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together, but you'll hear from us again soon," she continued.
