The 'Let It Go' singer and her estranged husband, Daniel Gibson, have been served with their fourth and final notice to appear in a court hearing to finalize their divorce.

AceShowbiz - Singer Keyshia Cole and her estranged husband Daniel Gibson have been threatened with a fine if they fail to show for a court hearing to finalise their divorce.

The "I Should Have Cheated" star moved to end the pair's marriage in September 2017, almost three years after they separated.

She requested joint legal and physical custody of their boy, Daniel Gibson Jr., in her paperwork, but little progress has been made on the petition in the years since, and in January, they were warned the case would be dismissed if the paperwork was not updated.

Now Cole and former basketball player Gibson have been issued their "fourth and final notice," which orders both stars to appear before a Los Angeles judge on March 16, 2020 to move the case along.

If they fail to show for the court date, they risk having to pay a fine, reports The Blast.

The news comes almost three months after Cole welcomed her second child, a son with her boyfriend Niko Khale.
