The 'Justice League' actor is seen walking unsteadily and almost falling down when walking to his chauffeured car after he attended a Halloween party in West Hollywood.

AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck had sobriety setback. The "Justice League" actor was seemingly drunk as he left UNICEF Masquerade ball Saturday night, October 26 in West Hollywood. Wearing a suit and a white skull mask, he almost fell flat on his butt when walking a short distance to his awaiting car.

The 47-year-old father of three was embracing a pretty petite female companion while leaning on a parked car as he was waiting for his chauffeured ride outside La Peer Hotel. When his female pal walked away, he struggled to keep his balance but managed to steady himself on the nearby car.

Just hours before attending the Halloween party, Affleck took to Instagram to celebrate his journey to sobriety. "I have been in recovery for over a year and part of that is helping out others," so he wrote before urging his four million followers to make donations to help homeless people.

"@themidnightmission is an incredible organization that helps those in need with housing, training, development and recovery," he explained. "I'm making a donation today because there are people battling addiction every day that don't have the resources and need help."

The former husband of Jennifer Garner also addressed the internet chatters suggesting that he joined dating app Raya in an effort to find a new love, "HA, you got me. I'm dating." He jokingly added, "@raya, you in? Who else is with me?"

Ben Affleck was always open about his struggle with alcohol addiction in the past. He repeatedly entered rehab and recently checked into a facility in Malibu with the help from his former wife.

Following the actor's drunken night out, a source told Justjared, "Sobriety is difficult and elusive for everyone struggling with addiction…Ben has acknowledged he's going to slip up from time to time. It was never as if this was simply behind him."
