The 55-year-old daytime TV star went on saying that her son Kevin Hunter Jr., whom she shares with estranged husband Kevin Hunter, had expressed interest in going to a strip club for about months ago.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams raised people's eyebrows after she was spotted partying at a strip club along with her 19-year-son Kevin Hunter Jr., whom she shares with estranged husband Kevin Hunter. In the Friday, October 25 episode of her show, Wendy opened up about why she decided to take her only son to the club in Los Angeles.

"This is not the mother I thought I would be," she admitted. "Kevin is 19-years-old and a sophomore in college, and usually [going to a strip club is] something a father would do if a boy wants to go."

The 55-year-old daytime TV star went on saying that her son had expressed interest in going to a strip club for about months ago. "My son asked me about [about going] three months ago and asked if I wanted to go," she explained. "And I was like, 'Are you crazy? Do you read the headlines? Do you know how crazy I will look, as if your father hasn't made us look crazy enough?' "

Given how it sounded crazy, Wendy initially didn't grant her son's wish. However, she changed her mind when they "were out in Hollywood" after being honored with a star in Hollywood Walk of Fame.

"I got the star and I was out with my nephew who's 25, my son who's 19, and I was just feeling it -- and you know, I was invited to the strip club," she went on saying. "And I asked my son and my nephew, 'Do you wanna go?' And they said, 'Yeah.' So I grabbed my manager Bernie and James the security guard and we went to the strip club. I didn't have any one [dollar bills]."

"My son and nephew hadn't been before -- they didn't know how to make it rain, they were just dropping ones," she recalled the night. "And, so -- they brought the platter over which is money that you give back to the club -- you don't take that home -- and I said, 'Look boys, this is how you do it!' "
