Claiming that she and the hip-hop producer are both single, Nicole Olivera who was spotted on a dinner with Diddy says she would never date 'a son and then his father or vice versa.'

AceShowbiz - P. Diddy's mystery lady has spoken up about her relationship with the music mogul after they were spotted on a dinner date at Nobu. The woman has been identified as actress Nicole Olivera and she has set things straight about the dating rumors with the rapper.

Speaking to The Shade Room, Nicole hinted that Diddy had indeed split from Lori Harvey, but she's not dating him either. "He's single, I'm single-we're friends," she claimed. She explained that "the family and myself are extremely close because Sean and I have been friends for about ten years."

There was a speculation that Nicole also had a special relationship with Diddy's son Justin Combs. Shutting it down too, the actress threw a subtle shade at Diddy's ex Lori, who was previously rumored to be dating Justin prior to being romantically involved with his father.

"I've never dated or had anything romantic/sexual with Justin or any of his sons," she said, quickly adding, "I'd never date or be romantically/sexually involved with a son and then his father or vice versa...No offense to anyone who's into that, to each their own."

Diddy was accused of cheating on Lori after he was pictured going on a late-night dinner with Nicole on Friday, October 11. The stepdaughter of Steve Harvey quickly pressed the unfollow button on the Bad Boy Entertainment founder's Instagram page.

The 49-year-old hip-hop mogul, meanwhile, seemingly tried to win her back by liking at least 22 new pictures on Lori's Instagram account. However, he later fueled the split rumors as he also unfollowed Lori on the photo-sharing platform.

Her relationship with Diddy aside, Lori was recently involved in a hit and run. She was arrested after reportedly attempting to flee the scene of a serious car accident on Sunday, October 20. A source said the 22-year-old crashed her Mercedes SUV into another car, flipping her vehicle while driving through Beverly Hills, California.

Beverly Hills Police Department officials told OK! Lori was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanour hit and run, and delaying a police investigation. "She was arrested for the two charges and released on scene. Not booked. She identified herself properly and signed a written promise to appear in court," an official said.
