The 'Girls Need Love' singer announces their breakup on Instagram Stories, writing how she still thinks of the record producer as a 'sweet guy' despite being a 'male chauvinist.'

AceShowbiz - Summer Walker and London On Da Track are over. The female emcee took to Instagram Stories on Monday, October 21 to announce their split, and it looks like the two did not end their relationship in a good note. Further fueling the speculation was the record producer's post that was shared shortly after she made their breakup public.

In the post, she said, "Single. Lol somehow I always end up with male chauvinist. I'm a alpha female so I guess when I think for myself/make my own decisions it's taken as disrespect." Summer then added in another post that while she thought London is a "chauvinist," she still believed he's a good guy. "That was cute tho," the "Girls Need Love" singer continued. "God bless him he's still a sweet man deep down inside."

Hours after Summer shared the post, London took to his own account to share an image of a smiling emoji while leaving a snake emoji in the caption. While he didn't name names in the post, many were convinced that it was his response to Summer. "Stop playing wit my sis London she not for ya bs … now go say sorry NEEEOOWWW!" one convinced user said, while someone else simply left a comment that read, "Shady shady shady."

London and Summer first sparked dating rumors back in August, when both of them shared on social media several pictures of them in the studio. The couple later went Instagram official, with the R&B musician gushing over her then-boyfriend in one post, "But HOW did I get this fine a** man. Lol God bless him."

Prior to the breakup, London and Summer were working together on her debut album "Over It", which debuted at No. 2 on Billboard 200 chart with 134,000 units. It marked the biggest sales week for an R&B album by a female artist in over three years, when Beyonce Knowles' "Lemonade" racked up 202,000 units in May 2016.
