Three years after separating from her director husband, the 'Underworld' star is one step closer to officially becoming single again by asking a private judge to sign off their divorce arrangement.

AceShowbiz - Kate Beckinsale is almost officially single again after settling her divorce from director Len Wiseman.
The couple separated in 2016 and it appears the actress and her ex are ready to move on after agreeing on the separation of their property and fortune, according to The Blast.
The Brit filed legal documents last week (ends October 18), agreeing to have a private judge sign off on their divorce settlement after deeding a home in the Hollywood Hills to Wiseman.
The couple met on the set of "Underworld" in 2003 and wed in May, 2004.
Since the split, Kate has had a couple of suitors, most notably comedian Pete Davidson, whom she dated earlier this year.
