The Hollywood Reporter has unveiled its fourth annual list for 2019, revealing that former president Barack Obama and his wife Michelle make their debut on number 50.

AceShowbiz - Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger has retained his crown as the most powerful person in entertainment on The Hollywood Reporter's fourth annual THR 100 list.

He beats out Netflix bosses Ted Sarandos and Reed Hastings, and Brian Roberts and Steve Burke, the CEOs of Comcast Corp. and NBCUniversal on the new countdown.

Former U.S. leader Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama make their debut on the list at 50, thanks to their new Higher Ground Productions venture and Netflix deal, while Hollywood heavyweights Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and Brad Pitt make the list at numbers 15, 38, 39, and 54, respectively. Actress Zendaya Coleman also makes the countdown at 95, as do filmmakers Ava DuVernay (59), J.J. Abrams (19), and Jordan Peele (42).
