The 'Hot Girls Summer' rapper is sorry for the cancellation at the Austin City Limits Music Festival and promises to schedule another show to make up for it.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Megan Thee Stallion has apologised after missing her performance at the Austin City Limits Music Festival over the weekend.

The "Hot Girls Summer" hitmaker was set to hit the stage on Saturday, but festival organisers cancelled her performance when she was late.

"I did not make it in time from my show in another state the night before," she wrote on Twitter. "I tried to still perform and they just told me my set was cancelled. I will do a make up show for my atx (Austin, Texas) hotties soon."

The 24 year old will next hit the stage on October 26 at San Antonio's Mala Luna music festival, according to Billboard.
