AceShowbiz - Harry Styles is back with a new single after two years. Shortly after he teased new music to his devotees, the One Direction member released "Lights Up" on Thursday, October 10 along with its music video accompaniment.

Filmed in Mexico, the visuals sees a shirtless Harry dancing and grinding with multiple scantily clad people, before the scene changes to show the British singer submerging in water and riding on the back of a motorcycle. There is also a part where he is seen looking dreamy in an unbuttoned blue shirt, exposing his bare chest.

On the song itself, Harry sings about stepping into the light, "All the lights couldn't put out the dark/ Running through my heart/ Lights up and they know who you are/ Know who you are/ Do you know who you are?"

"Lights Up" will be included on Harry's forthcoming LP, which still doesn't have a title or a release date. Speaking about the next effort in an interview with Rolling Stone for its September cover story, the British heartthrob revealed that he recorded the album at Rick Rubin's Shangri-La with many of the same people he worked with on his self-titled album.

"It's all about having sex and feeling sad," he said of the upcoming album before joking about naming the project "Mushrooms and Blood" after an incident where he bit off the tip of his tongue after ingesting psychedelics.

"We'd do mushrooms, lie down on the grass, and listen to Paul McCartney's 'Ram' in the sunshine. We'd just turn the speakers into the yard," the "Kiwi" singer said. "We were here for six weeks in Malibu, without going into the city. People would bring their dogs and kids. We'd take a break to play cornhole tournaments. Family values!"

The new album will follow his self-titled debut solo album that was released on May 12, 2017. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200.
