Music

Blink-182, who will not be eligible for induction until 2020, has also picked up almost as many votes as the 'Dr. Feelgood' rockers and the 'Be Quick or Be Dead' hitmakers.

AceShowbiz - Motley Crue and Iron Maiden are leading a new Rock And Roll Hall of Fame fan poll as museum bosses consider who to add to the Class of 2020.

More than 80,000 people have voted for their dream inductees, including acts like Cher, Styx, Boston, and Weezer.

The nominees for the Class of 2020 will be announced on Tuesday, October 15.

Artists become eligible for induction 25 years after the release of their first album, and as such Korn, Oasis, Sleater-Kinney and Wilco have just become eligible this year, while Motley Crue, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Pantera, Soundgarden and Rage Against the Machine remain on the slate from previous eligible years.

Ironically, Blink-182 picked up almost as many votes as Iron Maiden and Motley Crue, but the punk trio will not be eligible for induction into the Hall of Fame until next year.
