During an appearance on Access Daily, the Tony Award winner recalls giving a replica of Glinda wand to the '7 Rings' hitmaker when they met backstage more than 16 years ago.

AceShowbiz - Kristin Chenoweth was floored when longtime superfan Ariana Grande told her she still cherished the wand the singer gave her when she was 10.
The "7 Rings" star was a massive fan of the musical "Wicked" growing up and once met her heroine, Chenoweth, backstage.
Kristin gave the little girl a replica Glinda wand and told her to keep it safe - and it appears Ariana has done just that.
Grande recently agreed to duet with Chenoweth for her upcoming album and reminded her of their meeting all those years ago.
"We completely bonded when she was 10," Kristin tells Access Daily. "Her grandmother brought her backstage to Wicked and her grandmother said, 'My granddaughter's really good', and she hummed something and I gave her a wand... and said, 'You are really good, remember this'. And she still has it!"
The two pals hit the studio and recorded the standard "You Don't Own Me" for Chenoweth's new album "For the Girls".
