The former MTV reality star is ordered to stay away from his estranged girlfriend Jen Harley following their physical altercation that involved their 18-month-old daughter.

AceShowbiz - Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was apparently deemed a threat to baby mama Jen Harley following their physical altercation. According to TMZ, police issued an emergency protective order, banning the former MTV reality star from coming near his on/off girlfriend.
The ex "Jersey Shore" member is ordered to stay 100 yards away from Harley. He must be escorted by police if he needs to go to her place in Las Vegas to get his belongings. The order stays in place until October 11, exactly a week after their explosive fight, and Harley has to file for a restraining order to extend the protective order.
33-year-old Ortiz-Magro is still allowed to see his daughter Ariana Sky, who is currently under Harley's care, but he needs police help if he requests a visit.
The 18-month-old baby girl was present during the couple's altercation. According to reports, Ortiz-Magro hit Harley and chased her with a knife before locking himself and their infant child inside the house when police arrived.
The incident happened in an Airbnb in Los Angeles in the early morning of Friday, October 4. The TV Personality was taken to jail being handcuffed to a gurney after he was tasered for being uncooperative. Baby Ariana was not injured in the incident.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was charged with kidnapping. He was recently released from police custody after posting a $100,000 bail bond. He kept mum on the incident.
