AceShowbiz - Liam Hemsworth is back to work. The 29-year-old actor was photographed in Toronto, Canada, on Sunday, October 6 as he was filming his new Quibi television series "Dodge & Miles".

Donning a gray long-sleeved top which he paired with a pair of navy pants, the Australian actor was seen filming some intense stunts. In one photo that circulated online, Liam was seen getting hit by a white taxi in addition to getting yelled by the driver.

Some other photos saw the ex-husband of Miley Cyrus, who plays a character named Dodge Maynard, running away after heaing a gunshot. He also appeared to be bruised and bloody in between shots. Meanwhile, "The Hunger Games" alum was seen running down the street for a scene the day before.

"Dodge & Miles" is set to center on Liam's Dodge who is described to be "desperate to take care of his pregnant wife before a terminal illness can take his life, accepts an offer to participate in a deadly game where he soon discovers that he's not the hunter, but the prey."

It arrives following his split from Miley. He filed for divorce from the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker on August 21 after less than eight months of marriage. The 26-year-old immediately dated "The Hills: New Beginnings" star Kaitlynn Carter. It was said that the photo of Kaitlynn and Miley making out in Italy was the one who pushed him to file divorce from the latter.

"He thought they could work it out, but those pictures of her and Kaitlynn ended that," an insider said. "Liam comes from a very conservative family and his family was freaked out by it."

Miley and Kaitlynn, however, now ended their thing just as soon as they started. Recently, the "Malibu" singer was spotted making out with Cody Simpson.
