Seeing the success of "Someone You Loved" might have triggered something in Lewis, as he went on announcing an arena tour even before the release of his debut album "Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent". Considering that he's still a rookie, it was only natural if we think that his tour wasn't going to be successful. But the result said otherwise because Lewis made history by becoming the first ever artist in global history to sell out an arena tour before releasing a debut album. What was more amazing was the fact that the tickets were sold out in merely ten minutes.

Just like his breakthrough single and arena tour, Lewis' "Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent" was a success. Released on May 17, the album topped the charts in the U.K. and Ireland, becoming the fastest-selling album of the year. It was additionally certified Gold in the U.K. a week after its release, making it the best-selling debut album by a British artist in over eight years.

A capable performer who has been taking the stage since childhood, Lewis is currently touring the U.K. in support of his debut album. The tour is expected to conclude with a two-night show at O2 Academy in Glasgow on December 7 and 8.
