When stopping by 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the 'Old Town Road' rapper opens up about coming out to his family about his sexual orientation, and the motivation behind his public confession.

AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X has revealed he is dating, after coming out as gay this summer.
The "Old Town Road" rapper, 20, sat down for an interview with "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Monday (September 23) and revealed he was "somewhat" dating.
Nas came out during Pride Month in June, shortly after telling his family - a step he says he may not have taken if he hadn't found fame.
"I'm in a new level so it doesn't really matter," he said. Nas added that he hopes his coming out story will let his young fans "who are gonna have to go through stuff like this in the future."
Nas, real name Montero Lamar Hill, has previously said he came out so quickly after finding fame because he wanted to stress to fans that it's fine to be gay.
"It's not like I was being forced," he said on HBO talk show "The Shop: Uninterrupted". "It's just like knowing growing up, I'm growing up to hate this s**t.... Homosexuality, gay people..."
"If, for me, the cool dude with the song on top of everything, to say this at any other time, I'm doing this for attention... But if you're doing this while you're at the top, you know it's for real. It's showing it doesn't really matter, I guess."
