AceShowbiz - It seems like 50 Cent and Wendy Williams are calling a truce after feuding for years. The exciting progress happened after "The Wendy Williams Show" host threw unexpected nice words about the rapper during her recent appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen".
In the episode, the 55-year-old TV personality played "Plead the Fifth" with Andy asking her to say three nice things about her foe. "50 Cent has a long history of throwing shade towards you on Instagram. Can you say three nice things about 50 Cent?" Without hesitation, Wendy said, "Yes. He's not a bad looking man."
Wendy continued, "I respect his hustle. And I was one of the first people to ever play his music. As a matter of fact, probably the first on a cassette, on the radio when I got suspended for two weeks without pay 'cause I used to be a renegade like that."
It didn't take long before Fiddy took notice of it. The "Power" star and executive producer took to his Instagram account to share a clip of Wendy's appearance on the talk show. Expressing his consfusion, the "Candy" rapper wrote, "what is this." Now that Wendy praised him, Fiddy decided to lift his ban on Wendy from attending his pool party.
"ok we gonna let you in TYCOON next time," added 50. However, here is the catch. "but you can't just be coming to my party's wit no invite," Fiddy noted.
The two stars have been at odds for years, and most recently the musician blasted Wendy for coming to his Tycoon Pool Party in New Jersey last month. He claimed his security kicked the TV host, who arrived with his son, out of the bash. "You can't just show up to my PARTY if you been talking about me. B***H wait outside," The "In Da Club" spitter wrote on Instagram.
Despite his claim, it was later said that Wendy could enter the party without trouble since she has connection with "her family town" of Elizabeth. Additionally, Wendy allegedly was there to introduce her son to Snoop Dogg who was among the guests at the pool party. Multiple sources told the publication that Wendy and his son were escorted by New Jersey police directly to Snoop's section.
