AceShowbiz - Keeping it low-key! Fetty Wap is now a married man after tying the knot with his Canadian girlfriend last month. His girlfriend, whose name is still unknown as of now, broke the happy news through a series of social media posts that was shared recently.
In one post, she revealed that the two got married on August 3 in Toronto and one person served as the witness during the nuptials. "We been married even before this tour started. Please just let it go and just be happy for us," she noted in the post, before debunking claims they only got married for citizenship.
She wrote in a separate post, "Y'all really can't believe that we just happy and in love. That post was to highlight how amazing my man is and even when s**t was difficult he still managed to make my birthday great!" The other post featured a photo of Fetty in what appeared to be a hotel room along with a caption that read, "Woke up a married man."
Fetty and his girlfriend, who owns a luxurious boutique and a line of waist trainers, went public with their romance at the after-party of the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards on Monday night, August 26. In a video that surfaced online, the "Trap Queen" spitter dancing to a song as he held hands with his lady who was sitting near him. It's clear that the two were having a good time as the woman laughed several times while watching Fetty dance and feel the music.
Prior to this, Fetty was in relationships with Masika Kalysha and Alexis Skyy. The rapper has a total of seven children with six different women, though he recently alluded that his child with the "Love & Hip Hop: New York" beauty isn't his biological child.
