Audio recordings released by the Los Angeles County Fire Department also reveal the top of the car Hart was in was crushed and the passenger was stuck in the car.

AceShowbiz - 911 call has revealed how serious Kevin Hart's condition was after the Sunday car accident. In one of audio recordings released by the Los Angeles County Fire Department on Wednesday, September 4 and obtained by Today, a woman called from the comedian's house and told the dispatcher, "I need someone to come get him." It's believed that she was referring to Hart with "him."

When asked what happened, the caller responded, "I don't know what happened. He's just here. He's not coherent at all." She added that the victim didn't receive treatment, and that "he can't move." She said the actor was okay and breathing, but "something on his back is pulling out on his spine."

The caller then explained that the accident happened "20 minutes ago" and took place "outside of our gated community." E! News reported that Hart left the scene and headed to his nearby home after the accident, but later sought treatment for his injuries at a local hospital.

Meanwhile, in a separate 911 call released via TMZ, a driver who pulled over to help described to the dispatcher the car's and victims' condition. The driver said a passenger was "stuck" and that he "looks like he is hurting." He added, "They're both awake. It looks like the passenger is stuck in the car. The driver is out of the car but he looks a little hurt. I think the top of the car is crushed."

Hart was a passenger in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda which was driven by Jared Black during the accident on Sunday, September 1 in Calabasas, California. Jack lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll into a ditch. Another passenger, Black's fiance Rebecca Broxterman, was unharmed. Hart underwent back surgery on Sunday and his wife Eniko Parrish assured that "he's fine. He's awake."

The accident is currently under investigation by police. Officials have said alcohol was not a factor in the crash. CHP spokesman Weston Haver also told Yahoo Entertainment that Hart is not in trouble for leaving the scene of the accident. "No, it's not something we're going to investigate any further unless there's something that needs to be investigated," he said. "[Kevin] left the scene, but still called 911 or someone from the house he went to called 911, so there's no sort of investigation in that sense."
