If the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who share son Archie together, are really going to Hollywood, it means Harry has to snub his father Prince Charles' plans for them to reside in an estate in Herefordshire.

AceShowbiz - It appears that Meghan Markle and husband Prince Harry have had it enough with public scrutiny that the two have been receiving from English media. If a new report is to be believed, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are mulling over decision to move to Meghan's native L.A.

According to The Mail on Sunday, the royal couple has been left in "victim mode" after facing endless hate in England. However, if they are really going to Hollywood, it means Harry has to snub his father Prince Charles' plans for them to reside in an estate in Herefordshire.

"In the 1980s, it was decided baby Harry would one day have a family and want to build an estate. Charles has discussed Herefordshire, thinking he'd love it," a source tells the British publication. "Perhaps back then they were expecting Harry would marry a…nursery [school] teacher who would love nothing more than running an estate. Fast forward to 2019, and that dream seems deeply old-fashioned, not to mention unrealistic."

However, it is said that Harry is more interested in residing in America with his wife and their son Archie. The site adds that Meghan and Harry, who wed in May last year, "do not feel they need to change their actions, but rather, change the people around them and possibly even the country they call home. They have no wish, for the moment, to take on a stuffy shooting estate."

Meghan and Harry were recently criticized over their private jet usage while traveling to France. Many deemed the pair hypocritical for it as they were among people who were vocal about their support for environmental causes.

Several celebrities, however, came into their defense. Elton John took to social media to explain he invited the pair and three-month-old Archie to stay at his private residence in the South of France last week, ends August 16, and gave them access to his private plane for the getaway.

"I am deeply distressed by today's distorted and malicious account in the press surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's private stay at my home in Nice last week," the legendary musician wrote on Monday, August 19. "After a hectic year continuing their hard work and dedication to charity, (husband) David (Furnish) and I wanted the young family to have a private holiday inside the safety and tranquility of our home. To maintain a high level of much-needed protection, we provided them with a private jet flight."

And Elton has reassured green warriors that the couple's carbon footprint was minimal, "To support Prince Harry's commitment to the environment, we ensured their flight was carbon neutral, by making the appropriate contribution to Carbon Footprint."

In addition to Elton, Ellen DeGeneres, "The Good Place" star Jameela Jamil and Meghan's stylist best friend also came forward to defend the new parent.
