AceShowbiz - Bow Wow shows some love for his baby mama Joie Chavis in his recent Instagram update. The "Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta" star took to his account to sing his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child praises, calling her "a true inspiration."
"I am so proud of this woman! When i say get it on ya own she did that. A true inspiration for all women," Bow Wow said alongside a photo of Joie rocking a black top with multi-color details which she paired with black pants and metallic heels. "I know you hate when i post you because of the attention but one must acknowledge a REAL 1."
"My friend my patna my ace the one who tells me to tighten up when i need it," he continued gushing. "The mother of my daughter is killing s**t! Ladies if you tryna get that body right... you better holla at her. And follow her fitness page so you can stay fit all year around!"
While some of his followers praised Bow Wow and his baby mama's civil relationship, some others blasted the rapper for seemingly taking Joie for granted. "Every time you break up with a girl (Angela,Erica, kiyomi.. etc) you automatically go back to praising your daughters mom. Meanwhile you dogged her when you were with them. Your a cornball!" one user criticized in the comment section.
Another one suggested that he should have married her if he knew she was amazing. "Yes she is fye fye you a FOOL for not marrying her," the person said. Meanwhile, one fan thought that Bow Wow was trying to avoid child support by praising her in the post. "My boy tryin get off child support," the account wrote, while another one added, "He's trying not to pay child support that's all!!!"
Some others in the comment section urged the rapper to "get back with her." Echoing the sentiment, someone else said, "Just be with her already then you wouldn’t have to worry about females busting your windows."
Bow Wow and Joie share a daughter Shai Moss, who was born on April 27, 2011. The rapper initially denied that he was the father of the baby girl before eventually admitting to the fact. "I waited so long to tell y'all the truth because I was nervous on how y'all would look at me," he shared at the time. "Y'all know everyone makes a big deal out of everything I do. I wanted to be 1st n let y'all know the real.' All in all, he admitted that becoming a father changed him."
