AceShowbiz - Kelly Dodd set the record straight about rumors of her being involved in a mysterious "train" in the Monday, August 26 episode of "The Real Housewives of Orange County". Viewers finally learned that term referred to a group sexual act which Kelly vehemently denied ever participated in.
"This is absolutely ludicrious," she said in the new episode during a confessional after co-star Braunwyn Windham-Burke informed her about the circulating rumors. "I've never done a threesome, let alone a train!"
Braunwyn called Kelly after witnessed Vicki Gunvalson bringing up the topic at dinner. The former was seen telling their castmates at dinner, "Kelly knows that I know more than I've said." That prompted Tamra Judge to ask, "Are you talking about the train?"
The next day, Kelly met Braunwyn and their other co-star Gina Kirschenheiter to talk about the gossipy dinner. "So first of all, Vicki is a liar. She lied about cancer -- the worst thing you could possibly lie about. The lady is dangerous," Kelly said to her co-stars.
It was later revealed in the episode that Kelly was supposed to be kept in the dark about the rumors until Braunwyn decided that Kelly needed to know. "Shannon [Beador], Gina, Tamra and I agreed not to talk about the train rumor, but I thought they meant don't tell anyone else. I didn't assume they meant don't tell Kelly," Braunwyn explained in a confessional.
She then explained to Gina, "Honestly, if she had come over today and I didn't tell her, I would have felt like I were a liar. I was only trying to give her a heads up cause that’s what friends do. I'd rather be a b***h that starts s**t than a liar."
Vicki, who opted to make the rumors ambiguous at the cast dinner, previously offered more details about the train rumor. "We had a code of silence that none of us were going to talk about the choo choo train. Tamra, Shannon and I discussed it, and I said, 'Nothing good can come from this. This is all going to be super damaging,' " she said in the August 20 episode of the Bravo reality show.
