This gives a major hint about the baby as mom and dad were still unsure when asked whom the baby took after more in an interview which took place two days after Archie's arrival in May.

AceShowbiz - Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's baby Archie is said to be taking after his dad in a major way. A new report suggests that the baby is following in his dad's ginger footsteps by having red hair.

"He's a happy baby," a source shares to PEOPLE about the royal baby who was born on May 6. "He has lovely, puffy little legs and tufts of reddish hair. He's really adorable."

This gives a major hint about the baby as mom and dad were still unsure when asked whom the baby took after more in an interview which took place two days after Archie's arrival. "We're still trying to figure that out," the Duchess of Sussex told reporters during their first outing as a family of three at St. George's Hall in Windsor Castle.

"Everyone says babies change so much over two weeks. We're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really," Harry added. "His looks are changing every single day so who knows."

It was said that the Sussexes had decided to be raising Archie as a private citizen instead of a royal family member. It was indicated by how they opted for a private christening ceremony at Windsor Castle on Saturday, July 6.

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to share the happiness of this day, and would like to thank everyone around the world for their ongoing support," a spokesman for the couple said. "They feel so fortunate to have enjoyed this special moment with family and Archie's godparents."

Meghan and Harry bucked Royal protocol and chose to exclude the press and public from Archie's special day, and also decided to keep the names of their son's godparents private. This prompted people to criticize the couple as the British public is used to a certain degree of access to royal babies. Some people argued that taxpayers fund the royal family’s lifestyle so it was unfair for them to live as a private citizen.
