The former 'Jackass' star is reported to be back in rehab immediately after he was released by police on a $1,000 bond following his tirade at a Los Angeles hotel in the early hours of August 14.

AceShowbiz - Bam Margera has reported back to rehab after his arrest for drunken behaviour at a Los Angeles hotel.

The TV prankster was taken into custody after refusing to leave the lobby of the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in the early hours of Wednesday morning (August 14) - just over a week after he agreed to enter rehab after an intervention by TV psychologist Dr. Phil McGraw.

Sources close to the 39-year-old star tell TMZ.com he returned to rehab immediately after he was released by police, and has now agreed to stringent rules and conditions after bailing on his first stint in treatment.

Margera showed up intoxicated at the hotel and turned angry after being told no rooms were available. Video obtained by the gossip site showed him remonstrating with the first officer at the scene before being taken into custody at a nearby jail. He was charged with a misdemeanour trespassing before being released on a $1,000 (£830) bond.

The "Jack**s" star's rehab stint was originally supposed to last 60 to 90 days, which he agreed to after his estranged mother, April, and his wife, Nikki, the mother of his 18-month-old son, spoke with him and Dr. Phil and begged him to get help for his addiction problems.

The former professional skateboarder revealed the intervention in videos he posted online, asking for help and explaining his family life is a "shambles".

However, it seems he backed out after just a week, before the altercation at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard. Margera has battled addiction issues for several years and undergone multiple rehab stints.
